For the European Football Championship 2012 in Ukraine it will be possible to purchase a single ticket for any type of international communication transport. Such opportunities will be provided by an automated system "Single Electronic Ticket," the second stage of its implementation started by the state enterprise "Settlement Center of Transport and Communications Ministry," UKRINFORM cited the Infrastructure Ministry press service.
Acting Director of the state enterprise Oleksandr Kashpersky noted while presenting the system that a final goal is creation of a single, complex ticket, where resources of aviation, railway and auto carriers will be united. "At the final stage it will be a combined ticket: the passenger names points of departure, certain criteria and receives a route," he underscored.
Kashpersky noted that for UEFA EURO 2012, hotels will be switched on to this system, so that foreigners, leaving for Ukraine, could order the whole range of services.
It is planned that it will be possible to pay for such tickets in cash, on account and through a network of Ukrposhta departments. Also, possibility is considered of payment by a telephone and by payment order.
