"As for the elections, we need to know that only by understanding their technologies and uniting can we win this battle for you and our future, and to preserve our independence," Yulia Tymoshenko said in her speech on the occasion of the Unity Day celebration on St. Sophia Square in Kyiv, according to the official website.
Yulia Tymoshenko believes the government’s actions may force people to take to the streets long before the next elections. "I want from this day that you all become ambassadors of our great Ukrainian family, and bring to every city and region of our great nation words of confidence that all the problems brought upon us by this non-Ukrainian government are only temporary," she stressed.
Yulia Tymoshenko believes there is nothing a strong person can’t accomplish, and recalled how entrepreneurs defended their right to run their business and forced the government to listen to them. "They achieved a victory because they went out together and then the president and prime minister came to them asking what they needed," she added.
"I believe in Ukraine and that people like you won’t let our country be scattered in the wind and humiliated in the world," Yulia Tymoshenko said.
