With the aim of creating favorable conditions for development of talented children and self-realization of creative persons, President Viktor Yanukovych has instructed Prime Minister of Ukraine Mykola Azarov and Kyiv City Administration Chairman Oleksandr Popov in consultations with the National Academy of Pedagogical Sciences of Ukraine to establish an experimental educational institution of national scale for talented children on the basis of one of the boarding schools in Kyiv.
