President Viktor Yanukovych took part in the opening the Astana Organization for Security and Cooperation in Europe Summit.
Participants of the Summit are Heads of States and Governments of 56 OSCE members, 12 Partners for Co-operation, and representatives of other international and regional organizations.
After the opening ceremony, the first session of the OSCE Summit has begun, at which the President of Ukraine is scheduled to deliver a speech.
