President Viktor Yanukovych took part in the opening ceremony of Terminal F at Boryspil International Airport.
Congratulating those present on the event, the President said: "I came to congratulate you on this wonderful event, especially construction workers, who did their job well and showed that there is high level professionalism in Ukraine that meets international standards”.
Clearly, the Head of State said, every owner wants the entrance to his house to look decently. "Our great country deserves that its gateway looked decent. Therefore, this terminal is only the first step," he said.
According to Viktor Yanukovych, the construction of Terminal F is only a first step in modernization of the Boryspil International Airport. Later, several more terminals are planned to be built here, "which really will make Borispil one of the best airports in the world”.
The President highlighted the fact that 20.5 thousand square meters of the new terminal complex would be serving all the passengers properly. He also said that modern infrastructure of the terminal would provide recreation and appropriate services to both citizens of Ukraine, and our guests.
The President of Ukraine has cut a symbolic ribbon at the entrance to the newly built complex and toured the terminal.
