Mykola Azarov is convinced that after two years of political stability, the opposition in its current form will disappear.

"If political stability in Ukraine stands for two years, the current opposition would stop existing," the Prime Minister Mykola Azarov said during the VI Ukrainian Municipal Forum held on Friday, September 10, in Yalta (Crimea), Cabinet's press office reported.

"Maybe we inaptly organize the information policy - he said - and people do not understand us, but we do the things required."

The Head of the Government pointed out that the opposition has "awakened" and its mission is to destabilize the political situation in the country.

"But we will not let anyone to throw a monkey wrench into, we will break it and go further," Azarov emphasized.

As an example, the Prime Minister cited the opinion expressed by him in 2007, after the dispersal of parliament, by the president at that time. "I made the mistake - Mykola Azarov recalled the words of Victor Yushchenko. - If you (the Government of Viktor Yanukovych at that time- Ed.) stay in power for two years I will have nothing to do on the presidential elections!"
