Prime Minister of Ukraine Mykola Azarov said that the structure of tariffs formation for communal services should be unified for the whole country and depend on the quality of services provided. The Head of the Government said in the air of the First National Television channel.
"Our position is very
simple: too low or too high tariffs, which does not correspond
to real
costs, must be reviewed," emphasized Azarov.
"I want to state firmly that any needy family won’t pay more. The whole burden will be shuffled on those who can pay, if such a decision is passed. We will analyze in details the cases, when tariffs do not cover the costs of expenditures; and this difference will be paid by those who can pay for it. It is our firm position," the Head of the Government stressed.
