Mykola Azarov’s government is violating the law by not allowing members of the opposition government to attend meetings of the official cabinet, claims BYuT deputy Ostap Semerak, as ForUm learned from Tymoshenko's official website.

"The shadow government requests that Mykola Azarov’s Cabinet of Ministers allow us to attend meetings in accordance with the law on rules of procedure, so that we can read the draft documents before they are adopted, and not after. They’re not allowing representatives of the opposition government to their meetings," said Ostap Semerak.

According to the lawmaker, Mykola Azarov’s government is not being systematic with their decisions. "Last Wednesday I went online and read about the decisions passed by the government: adding two more deputy defense ministers, some other deputy, an appointment, doing away with the competitive appointment of managers of state enterprises that are involved in Euro-2012 preparations."

"The coalition that has come to power does not have a clear action plan. The fact that they intend to introduce a government program only in May is evidence of this," believes Ostap Semerak.
