The rehearsal of inauguration of the president-elect Viktor Yanukovych is taking place in the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine.
Yanukovych has arrived accompained with cortege. Other articipants including speaker Lytvyn, CEC head Shapovalov and Constitutional Court head Strizhak have also arrived according to the procedure.
The guard of honour of the Armed Forces of Ukraine and representatives of protocol subdivision are present at the fist floor of the lobby of the parliament rehearsing their parts.
Journalists are not allowed in te building of the parliament.
