The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine has sent notes to foreign leaders inviting them to inauguration of Ukraine's new president on February 25, says MFA spokesman Serhiy Sayenko, according to UKRINFORM.
According to him, the notes are sent both to foreign embassies in Ukraine and Ukraine's embassies abroad, since not all states have their representations in Kyiv and their ambassadors act with concurrent accreditation.
The election authorities declared Viktor Yanukovych a winner of Ukraine's presidential election on February 14.
