Oleksandr Efremov, Member of Parliament, deputy head of the Party of Regions answered a question of the parliamentary journalists that there is no sensation that the Higher Administrative Court of Ukraine launched legal proceedings and accepted for consideration Tymoshenko’s appeal against the presidential elections results, and halted the respective decree of the Central Election Commission.

"There is in fact nothing to comment on. It is a procedural issue for consideration of an appeal in court. It is a legal norm: the court started consideration of this case, and suspension of the CEC decree is only the fulfillment of procedure by the court," he explained, the Party of Regions press office reported.

"It is foolish to think that the 2010 presidential elections results are abolished. I reiterate that suspension is a procedural issue, and it makes no sensation," Oleksandr Efremov summed up.
