International election observers were not able to see the extent of the fraud committed in the second round of the presidential elections, Tymoshenko's official website reports citing BYuT MPs.

"We should thank international observers for their dedicated work, but bear in mind that there were only 6 international observers for 6 election districts (469 polling stations) in Dnipropetrovsk. That’s why they couldn’t see the extent of the electoral violations," said the head of Yulia Tymoshenko’s Dniptropetrovsk city campaign office Serhiy Paskhalov.

"We don’t understand the conclusion reached by international observers that the elections were fair and democratic. We do not agree with this at all," he added.
