The Bloc of Yulia Tymoshenko (BYuT)
has blamed the Party of Regions MPs for seizure of the Kyiv
Administrative Court of Appeals, reads a statement of the BYuT
press-service.
The BYuT representatives say 'the Party of Regions is thus trying to put a strong pressure on the Kyiv Administrative Court of Appeals', where a suit of Prime Minister Yulia Tymoshenko against the CEC on the registration of Georgian observers and Viktor Yanukovych's suit against Tymoshenko on illegal agitation are to be considered today.
As UKRINFORM reported, three Party of Regions MPs have today arrived in the court to obtain information about distribution of cases as they believe the Kyiv Administrative Court of Appeals is lobbying Tymoshenko's interests.
