The Ukrainian media should stop publishing any reports on the results
of surveys regarding support for presidential candidates, Central
Election Commission (CEC) Deputy Chairman Andriy Mahera has said, Interfax-Ukraine reported.
"It is banned to submit any results of surveys on support for presidential candidates by February 7," he told reporters on Monday.

Mahera said that according to law, the publication of poll results is prohibited 15 days before Election Day.
In his opinion, this clause also applies to the second round of the election.
