Yanukovych believes he'd serve two terms as president
The presidential race leader, Viktor Yanukovych, who has won, under the latest reports of the Central Election Commission, 35.32% of the votes in the first round of the polls on January 17, hopes that, if elected the president this time, he will also be re-elected for the second term in 2015.

Addressing voters in Kharkiv, he said: "Changing life for the better is not an easy job, but I will do it in ten years, having paved a powerful ground for the development of the state," he said.

The opposition leader emphasized he is ready for settlement of difficult tasks.

"I realize that what I am promising is very difficult to do, but I have got used to solving difficult tasks," he said.
