The heads of Yulia Tymoshenko’s campaign offices in all the regions will personally monitor the voter lists compiled until January 17, 2010, Tymoshenko's official website reported.

In accordance with instructions from campaign headquarters, the heads of campaign officers in Crimea, the oblasts, Kyiv and Sevastopol are to personally monitor the transfer of preliminary and updated voter lists from offices compiling the State Voter Register to district election commissions and from the district election commissions to the polling station commissions.

By January 13, the bodies of the State Voter Registry should provide district election commissions with updated lists, and by January 14, the district election commissions should provide them to the polling station commissions.

The headquarters has also issued instructions that if the voter lists are not provided within the set deadline, district campaign office lawyers are to file a complaint with the courts and prosecutor’s office for lack of action by bodies compiling the State Voter Register and corresponding election commission.

The heads of campaign offices on all levels should also check through authorized representatives and official observers that voter lists at special polling stations are prepared and updated in a timely manner.

In addition, members of polling station commissions and official observers from candidate Yulia Tymoshenko should not later than January 14 organize a repeat review of the reliability of the information in the updated voter lists and strictly monitor changes to updated lists.

Regional campaign offices should also record and verify the validity of all applications by voters to vote outside the voting premises.
