This is the first outburst of unemployment since March when it had been falling down for a long time: the March-October unemployment almost halved - by 388.2 thousand persons. The unemployment revival in November was attended by vacancy reduction by 2.1 thousand to 75.4 thousand.

In November 2009, the number of the unemployed
persons registered at Ukraine's employment centers grew by 10.4
thousand to 536.7 thousand persons, the State Employment Service announced on Wednesday.
