Kyiv police officers have arrested a Turkish citizen being on the international wanted list on suspicion of having committed a terror attack, says the Interior Ministry Chief Directorate for Combating Organized Crime.
As Turkish law enforces reported, the criminal has been a member of an illegal armed terrorist organization of Kurdistan Labor party since 1988. The Turkish security agencies were searching for him as he had committed a number of crimes, namely the actions intended to transfer the territory of the country under sovereignty of other state etc.
The arrested is thought to be extradited to Turkey, UKRINFORM reported.
