The Party of Regions accuses BYuT of intention to distort poll results at presidential election, the party representative Oleksandr Yefremov said at the meeting of the Consiliatory council.
He explained that the draft amendments to the Law about Presidential election that were submitted for the parliament's consideration this week, include a provision allowing to cancel the poll results at any district election commission by a court's ruling if appealed by any observer.
When somebody is going to change the game's rules it causes misgivings, Yefremov says. He believes, it means that the President is to be elected not by people's freely casting ballots but by a possibility to cancel the district election commission's decision by a court's ruling.
