External testing will become the only system to evaluate knowledge of Ukrainian pupils, Premier Yulia Tymoshenko said during an extended Cabinet's meeting that addressed issues of the development of Ukraine's secondary education system, National radio reported.
In her view, the independent testing of school leavers' knowledge deserves to be approved, on the state level, however it should become compulsory for the school leavers who enter higher educational establishments.
