According to him, presently, the light oil market is 66% provided with own resources. Prodan noted that the decline in oil products prices is expected as the currency rate stabilizes, as well as owing to the actions of the Antimonopoly Committee and State Pricing Inspection of the Economics Ministry. The Economy Ministry of Ukraine earlier endorsed the average retail prices of automobile fuel for the 4th quarter of 2009. Those indicators are used for the calculation of floor tariffs on the transportation of cargoes by road in the territory of Ukraine. Particularly, the per-liter average retail prices of petroleum products were set at UAH 5.64 for diesel fuel, UAH 6.21 for the 76 gasoline, UAH 6.23 for 80, UAH 6.63 for 92, UAH 6.96 for 95, and UAH 7.72 for 98 (1 USD - 8.01 UAH).
