payments for the purchase of medications.
Federation of Ukrainian trade unions decisively protest Cabinet's decision to freeze state social standards and guarantees in Ukraine's draft state budget-2010.
The Federation believe the Government
artificially understates a living wage by a minimum UAH 300 minimum
which deprives millions of the Ukrainians of a legitimate right for
social guarantees.
Proceeding from this, the trade unions of Ukraine are urging the President and the Verkhovna Rada not to approve the Cabinet's draft state budget-2010.
