In case the
Verkhovna Rada doesn’t endorse the State Budget of 2010, the Government will
approve decisions directed to financing of coal branch with its separate
resolutions. The Prime Minister of Ukraine Yulia Tymoshenko disclosed during
the meeting with heads of scientific institutions and machine-building
enterprises that ensure needs of coal industry.
“It is
possible that the budget will not be approved by the Verkhovna Rada but it
cannot impede us. We will apply a provision of the current Budget Code which
contains that if the Parliament fails to approve the Budget the Government can
endorse a respective resolution,” Yulia Tymoshenko explained.
