Ukraine is in the black list of European countries which ignore court decisions. Tomas Gammarberg, as obmudsman of the Council of Europe declared.
In his opinion, the reform of the legislation and increase of court financing are the right steps, but not enough. It is very important that the very state follows the law, Gammarberg noted.
According to him, this issue is considered to be a refusal from principles of the lawful state.
