The parliament of Ukraine failed to adopt the draft bill on changes to the state budget regarding the increase of minimal salaries and pensions. Only 200 out of 226 deputies voted for the bill.
After the voting the vice speaker announced a break during which deputies of the Party of Regions blocked the parliamentary platform and presidium. The deputies also blocked with chairs the entries to the session hall.
