Secretariat: Yuschenko will appeal to court if parliament overrides his veto of law on presidential elections

"I forecast that if the [parliament] overrides the veto of the Ukrainian president and ignores his remarks, the president will appeal to the Constitutional Court," the secretariat's deputy head, Maryna Stavniychuk, said at a briefing in Kyiv on Tuesday.

She said that Yuschenko would ask the court to urgently consider his submission so that there is a legal base for the normal organization of the election process in Ukraine.
