On behalf of the Government and from me personally I wish to congratulate You on the professional holiday!
I want to thank to all of You for the hard and exceptionally important work owing to which the most audacious ideas of designers and architectors are realized, towns and villages of our Motherland acquire new views while the people receive comfortable accomodation.
I know that the world financial crisis has hit the builidng branch badly, though our Government is acting and will do best to preserve valuable solutions as well as best specialists of the branch.
The Government has recently approved the new Anti-Crisis Program for the builders which will enable the building companies to finish housing objects while the people who have waited for their own flats in queues for decades to receive long-awaited accomodation. This Program has already started and by the end of year our Government will render state financial support for completion and putting in exploitation of ten thousand of modern well-decorated falts.
The Government has elaborated the Law of Ukraine “On preventing the impact of the global financial crisis on development of the building branch and housing” and also the National Action Plan of Support of the Building Branch that are being gradually realized.
Dear builders, together with You we are making a significant matter – we are building not only houses and flats but also the new Ukraine!
