Prime Minister of Ukraine Yulia Tymoshenko has sent a telegram to her Russian counterpart Vladimir Putin on condolences over the road accident near Rostov-on-Don, which caused human victims, ForUm informs, referring to the Cabinet of Ministers press service.
"On behalf of the Ukrainian government and on behalf of myself, I am asking you to convey the words of condolences to the near and dear of the accident victims, and to wish soon recovery to all injuries," the telegram says.
