MP Taras Chornovil told ForUm’s correspondent in an interview that he intends to apply to the Prosecutor General’s Office with request to interrogate ex-chief of the criminal search department at the Interior Ministry of Ukraine, lieutenant-general Oleksiy Pukach on case of murder of his father Vyacheslav Chornovil.
“As far as I know Pukach has direct involvement into the case on my father’s murder,” Taras Chornovil said.
At the same time Chornovil thinks that sudden appear of Pukach is very strange and suspicious. It seems that Pukach appeared intentionally with some purpose, maybe because of some agreements or orders.
As a reminder, Vyacheslav Chornovil tragically died in a car accident near Kyiv in 1999.
The accused of organization of reporter Georgiy Gongadze murder Oleksiy Pukach was detained in one of the villages in Chudnov district, Zhytomir region yesterday.
