The Party of Regions and BYuT together prepare changes into the Law “On the President’s election.”
By the end of this week the draft law on changes into the law “On President’s election” will have been registered in the VRU. The authors of this draft law are lawyers from the PR and BYuT, the ForUm’s correspondent informs.
The changes will concern first of all the procedure of the election results appeal and optimization of the territorial election commissions.
The main intrigue of the joint work of BYuT and PR is regulation of the procedure on appeal of the election results in the courts. According to Oleksandr Lavrynovych, the main point of the changes will concern the role of the Supreme Court of Ukraine.
