A cultural and spiritual centre for the All-Ukraine Christian Assembly public initiative is to be built in Koncha-Zaspa in Kyiv, city officials have announcedб according to Kyiv Post.
The Kyiv City Council decided on its session on June 18 to allocate a land plot totalling 0.85 hectares in area for the construction of the centre for the citizens of the district on the main road in Holosiyivsky district.
The land plot will be excluded from the list of public use land areas. The land plot was made available to the All-Ukraine Christian Assembly public initiative on a 10-year lease. The plot's appraised value is UAH 3.7 million, and the annual rent payment was set at UAH 111,000.
