Two explosions tore through the offices of a bank in southern Ukraine Tuesday, injuring 25 people, officials said, according to Kyiv Post.

The Emergency Situation Ministry said in a statement that the blast was likely caused by an explosive device inside the offices of the state-owned Saving bank in the city of Melitopol.

TV footage showed windows of the nine-story building blown out, with shattered glass in the streets and window blinds flapping through the broken windows.

Yulia Barysheva, a regional emergency spokeswoman, told The Associated Press that six people were hospitalized in serious, but not life-threatening condition. The rest sought medical help on their own, mainly for glass wounds.
