The President Viktor Yushchenko pays a one-day official visit to Vatican on Monday, ForUm informs, referring to the presidential press service.
In scope of the visit, the President is scheduled to meet with Pope Benedict XVI and with Vatican Secretary of State Tarcisio Bertone.
Viktor Yushchenko is also going to meet with the students of the Ukrainian Papal College, the leading and oldest educational establishment of the Ukrainian Greek Catholic Church in Rome.
Viktor Yushchenko is also expected to visit the grave of Pope John Paul II.
