Dear children and parents!
From the depth of my heart I wish to congratulate you on a warm and perfect holiday – International Children Day. We would like every minute, every day our children, children all around the world to be jolly and happy.
Our Government directs its activity to make Ukraine a strong economic and energetically independent country. In a rich and fair society there cannot be unhappy children. And I honestly believe the time will come when no child is raised without family in our country.
Last year, as compared to 2007, the amount of children who found their families increased by 30 percent. I’m deeply grateful to every family who have adopted a child and wish to bow down to every foster parent who presented these kids their hearts, love, family and home.
These numbers are not just bare statistics, fates of children are behind these numbers.
And such positive tendencies are one more proof the course chosen by our Government is correct.
There is no better happiness than smiles and laughter of happy children. I believe that adults will make everything possible to make children’s dreams a reality. In fact, we are all living and working for that.
Dear kids! Believe in a fairy-tale, in your own strength, believe that the life is great and Ukraine is strong!
