Prime Minister of Ukraine Yulia Tymoshenko states on stop of withdrawal of deposits from the bank system of Ukraine.
“In April 2009 the country observes the first stop of withdrawals of deposits from the banks,” Tymoshenko said that today at the morning session of the government, the ForUm’s correspondent informs.
At the same time Yulia Tymoshenko noted that the volume of the deposits for April has increased more than for UAH 1 billion.
Prime Minister also noted oin increase of investments to the country in the first quarter of 2009.
As a reminder, earlier the President Viktor Yushchenko stated that he was convinced that the trust to the Ukrainian banks would be renewed already in May 2009.
