The VRU speaker Volodymyr Lytvyn is sure that MPs should apoint Presidential election date for January 17, 2010. He said that today in the parliament, the ForUm’s correspondent informs.
“If the parliament does not do so, then it proves that it has no rights for existence. This position is obvious for everybody,” he said.
Lytvyn considers that the parliament must fulfill the CCU decisions, despite it likes them or not
As a reminder, today the Constitutional Court will publicize a decision on a constitutional submission from President Viktor Yushchenko concerning the legality of the Ukrainian parliament's resolution calling Presidential elections for October 25, 2009.
