President of Ukraine Viktor Yushchenko forwarded congratulation to the President of Israel Shimon Peres on occasion of Independence day of Israel, the ForUm’s correspondent informs.
“On behalf of all Ukrainians and of me personally take sincere greetings on Independence day of Israel. Ukraine intends to develop good relation with Israel, contribute to strengthening of security and stability,” it is said in the greetings of Yushchenko.
Viktor Yushchenko also confirmed invitation for Shimon Peres to visit Ukraine.
