The European Commission notes definite progress of Ukraine in implementing Ukraine-EU action plan in 2008, but not in all spheres. It is said in the report concerning progress of Ukraine in fulfillment of action plan within the European neighborhood policy, the ForUm’s correspondent informs.
“Ukraine has achieved progress in some spheres foreseen by the action plan, and is approaching to EU by means of negotiations on Agreement on association,” the report says.
“At the same time political instability does not contribute to reforms,” it is said in the report.
