Bohdan Danylyshyn stressed in the process of analysis of the decisions approved by the Defence Ministry a number of discrepancies in the area of land relations have been revealed. As he put it, the Government has decided that lands which have to stay exceptionally in the state property can not be the subject of trade relations. Also, according to him, a simplified procedure of state registration of land documentation has been introduced for the subjects and objects of state, communal property forms which cannot undergo alienation into the private property. Another achievement was defining the mechanism of use of funds received from sales of surplus military property which are to direct to financing objects of housing resources into communal property.
“The Government spares no effort to maintain transparent mechanisms in the area of land relations,” the Economics Minister accentuated.
