Ukraine should pay attention to necessity of power decentralization, to solve issue of leadership, to hold reform in social and economic spheres, to provide political stability an order, ex-President of Poland Aleksander Kwasniewski considers.
He expressed satisfaction with achievements of Ukraine. But at the same time, he noted that it is difficult to compare Ukraine with Poland or other countries because political instability complicates reforms in Ukraine.
Kwasniewski also noted that Ukraine is necessary to balance foreign policy and define its position in the world.
The Polish politician negatively estimates that fact that democracy of Ukraine “means only elections.”
Kwasniewski considers that limit of time and possibilities of Ukraine to overcome crisis is almost exhausted.
He noted that today it is time for Ukraine to do something real and politically effective, only then it can expect help and support from Europe.
