Ideas of the President Yushchenko on possible simultaneous early presidential and parliamentary elections, as well as on all-Ukrainian referendum, have no legal ground. MP from the BYuT Valeriy Pysarenko said on Monday, the ForUm’s correspondent informed.

“I estimate the statements of the President, like such that have no chances for realization,” he said.

According to him, both legislation and Constitution of Ukraine do not foresee possible holding of early elections simultaneously.

At that Pysarenko noted that the legislation foresees holding of early presidential and parliamentary election during one year.

Pysarenko also thinks that changes into the Constitution before the presidential elections are unlikely to be introduced.

He also noted that the BYuT does not agree with necessity to hold early parliamentary elections.
