The Foreign Minister of the Russian Federation Sergey Lavrov considers that Ukraine and Russia must live in comfort relations at all levels. He said that in an interview to “Russian newspaper”.
In particularб Sergey Lavrov noted: “Our relations with Ukraine are relations of great importance. Two brother peoples, who have much in common, must live in comfort relations and conditions. We want to develop our relations in this very way and do not want our relations to be spoiled by artificially created problems.”
At the same time, Lavrov noteв on existing conflicts and problems between Ukraine and Russia. He noted that Russia would not want agreements, concluded with Ukrainian colleagues, to be reconsidered post factum. He also noted on problems with Ukraine in gas sphere.
“We want our relations with Ukraine to be friendly, mutually beneficial and based on interests of our countries and peoples,” Lavrov concluded.
