The Foreign Ministry of Ukraine says that foreign policy department gradually stands for dynamic development of the Ukrainian-Russian relations which based on principles of partnership, equal rights and mutual benefit.

“These principles of bilateral cooperation are key principles in the negotiations on all issues. To stand for the nations interests does not mean to refuse from these principles,” the head of the press service of the Foreign Ministry Vasyl Kyrylych noted.

According to him, the Ukrainian-Russian political consultations, being held on April 3 in Moscow, show Ukraine’s aiming at development of dynamic bilateral relations.

As a reminder, yesterday the official representative of the Foreign Ministry of Russia Andrey Nesterenko said that recent actions of Kyiv were aimed at refusal from bilateral cooperation between Russia and Ukraine.

He noted that the Russian-Ukrainian relations now have difficult period of their development. We are concerned about our relations, he said
