The Kyiv city council has cancelled a resolution on transit fee for cars that are not registered in the city.
Such decision was taken today at the session of the Kyiv council. 107 members of the Kyiv council voted for such decision
As a reminder, On January 22, 2009 Kyiv city council introduced obligatory car transit fee.
