The
MP emphasized that the Secretariat is looking for “legal traps to paralyze the
work of parliament.” According to him, the Secretariat
spends the most part of its working time on intrigues and struggle against
other power branches, and chief-of-staff Viktor Baloha holds meeting every
morning to work out anti-governmental plans.
Martynenko
pointed out that “the matrix of the Secretariat must reload or something, so
that the parliament is able to fulfill its duties.”
