Prime Minister of
Ukraine Yulia Tymoshenko
hopes that new Coalition will pass the 2009 Budget and the Government’s Action
Program aimed at overcoming the crisis events before New Year.
“Such goal is set to the
Government and new Coalition by the end of the year,” Yulia
Tymoshenko noted.
She also added that
today she held a meeting with Chairman of the Verkhovna
Rada of Ukraine Volodymyr Lytvyn in the course of which understanding concerning the
necessity to overcome all negative phenomena in the country had been achieved.
Yulia Tymoshenko
also expressed satisfaction that new Coalition is operating and gives a result to
the country. “New coalition exists de jure and de
facto, operates and the most important – gives a result to the country”. Yulia Tymoshenko said that last
week the Verkhovna Rada had
shown efficient work passing a number of antirecessionary decisions. “The Verkhovna Rada started its work, stable
and reliable and I hope that no political intrigues can ruin this work,” the
