Head
of the President's Secretariat of Ukraine Viktor Baloha notes that
President Viktor Yushchenko will not sign the State budget for the next
year, if expenditures for early elections are not foreseen there.
As the press office of the President reports, Viktor Baloha also
notes that the economy must become a unification priority for new
coalition formation.
