Legalization
of taxi drivers' work can become an additional source of the city
budget earning, local authorities of Mariupol believe. The majority of
taxi drivers work without licenses. Besides, taxi drivers without
licenses are not responsible for clients' savety.
The city authorities intend to put order regarding this question. First of all they are planning to hold talks with owners of taxi services. The latter must not make contracts with drivers who don't have licenses.
