The PM noted that today the government fulfills all obligations, while enterprises do not fulfill all conditions of agreements.
"We don't see that metallurgical enterprises redeemed coking coal, as they promised, as well as at too low price, which was agreed between enterprises," Tymoshenko said.
She noted that it is necessary to solve the problem and to find out why private owners of enterprises do not fully fulfill agreements.
