Ukraine has not received any official note concerning the intentions of the
Russian side to institute a suit against Ukraine for gas debts, minister for
fuel and energy Yuri Prodan said.
“There is information that Russia will
appeal to court. But they have not sent any official materials,” he told
journalists.
In response to the question
about gas debts he said: “There are some questions, but these are current settlings
we always have.”
